Remote Shareholder All inclusions are the same as in-office except private office & VOIP telephone (available at cost) Non—Shareholder* Lessees In addition to the Shareholders, the Company supports a number of remote, Non-Shareholder Lessees. These Lessees, more commonly referred to as Independent Contractors, are autonomous and do not own any equity in the Company. They retain 75% of their generated commissions and fees, and the Company retains 25%. There are no deposit, transaction or performance requirements, and they rely on the Company infrastructure for technology, training, licenses, insurance and bonding.
